INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup liquid milk (prepared from supply milk)
1 3/4 cup liquid cream
5 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup supply sugar
2 tbs. pistachio powder
2 drops green food color
PREPARATION
Blend whole eggs and egg yolks, cream, milk and sugar, add pistachio and green food color.
Pour into small glass oven proof, bake in hot oven with water path until set (45 minutes).
Stand to cool, keep in fridge until serving.
