1. Custard

Evaporated milk 2 cups
Sugar 1 ¼ cup
Egg yolk 1 cup
Note : Mix ingredients and set aside.

2. Caramelized Sugar
in a rectangle or any shape baking pan place 120 gram sugar and place a little amount of water.
spread it in the bottom of the pan and boil it until brown in the color of sugar. then set aside.

3. For Cake

Cake flour 2 ½ cup
Baking powder 5 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Note: sift cake flour and baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
Egg yolks 7 eggs
Vegetable oil ¾ cup
Lemon/orange flavor 2 tsp
Note: add liquid ingredients in order listed mix to a smooth consistency and set aside.

Egg whites from the egg yolks
Sugar ¾ cup
Cream of tartar 1 pinch
Note: whip egg whites and cream of tartar and to a soft peak. and then add sugar gradually , continue whipping until medium peak.

a. Fold the batter of the egg white. Pour the custard to the pan with a caramelize sugar. add the folded egg white and batter to the
custard pan with caramelized sugar.
b. bake 375 F until done.
