Cake flour 3cup
Sugar 1 1/3 cup
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoon
Coffee powder 5 table spoon
Baking powder 2 table spoon
Salt 1 pinch
Note: Blend by sifting all the dry ingredients. set a side

Vegetable oil ¾ cup
Egg yolks 8 eggs
Molasses 2 table spoon
Water ¾ CUP
Vanilla 2 teaspoon
Note: add in order the liquid ingredients and blend well.

Egg white from the egg yolk
Cream of tartar 1 pinch
Sugar ¾ cup
Note: whip egg whites and cream of tartar to a soft peak. add sugar gradually stiff.

Fold the batter into a beaten egg white and deposit into a paper-line rectangular pan.
360 F until done
Invert immediately after baking and cooling it.
