Cake flour 3 cups
Baking powder 5 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Sugar 1 ¼ cup
Note : Sift cake flour, Baking powder, Salt, 1 1/4 sugar and place in a mixing bowl blend.

Vegetable oil ¾ cup
Egg yolks 8 eggs
Water 1 ¼ cup
Note: add to the above to the listed, mix smooth and set aside.

Egg white from the egg yolk
Cream of tartar 1 pinch
Sugar ¾ cup
Note: whip egg whites and cream of tartar to a soft peak. add sugar gradually stiff.

Fold cake batter into the egg white. Divide batter into equal portion.
to one add portion, add

Cocoa powder 4 table spoon
Sugar 4 table spoon
Note: blend by sifting several times.
Deposit in tube pan alternately with the yellow batter and chocolate batter to have a marble effect.
360 F until done
Invert immediately after baking while cooking
