6 eggs
1 cup supply sugar
1 1/4 cup patent flour
1 tbs. baking powder
1 tbs. cardamom powder
1/4 tsp. saffron powder
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Dalal corn oil
Harda for greasing (sesame sauce)
Toasted sesame for garnishing

Combine cardamom with saffron and water.
Mix egg and sugar by electric blender for 10 minutes, add oil, continue blending for 3 minutes, add remaining 1.."1 ingredients, mix well by wooden spoon. Grease 22 cm. cake mould with harda, spread sesame, pour cake mixture, bake into hot oven at (180°C) for 45 min-utes, stand to cool, serve with milk or tea.
