2 cups patent flour
1/2 cup sugar powder (prepared from supply sugar)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 pack butter (113g) (at room temperature)

1/2 cup milk (supply milk)
2 cups water
3 tbs. supply sugar
1 1/2 tbs. custard powder

For garnish:
Fresh fruits Papaya slices Grapes slices Kiwi slices Fig slices ground pistachio Jam


Combine flour with sugar, add butter, knead well by fingers, add eggs, vanilla and knead until soft and homogeneous dough, stand for 1/4 hour.
Prepare the filling by combining the ingredients together and cook over heat until boiling and thick sauce, stand to cool, store in refrigerator until used. Cut dough into small balls, spread into greased paper until cover base and edges, hold in oven tart mound, contain-ewe with the remaining quantity, bake into 160°C oven for 7 minutes, stand until cool.
Fill the tart with custard filling, garnish with fruit slices and pistachio, brush fruit surface with jam, serve cold.
