INGREDIENTS:

2 packs butter (113g) (at room temp.)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup supply sugar
1/2 kilo plain chocolate
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cup patent flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup coarse ground walnuts

For garnish:
Vanilla ice cream Chocolate sauce

PREPARATION:

Combine butter with 2 kinds of sugar over heat, add plain chocolate until melted and get homogeneous mixture, stand to cool.
Add eggs, vanilla, salt and flour to the previous mixture, stir by spoon.
Pour mixture on 20x30 cm. oven tray, coated by waxy paper, flatten the surface, bake into hot oven at (180°C) for 3/4 hour, stand to cool.
Cut brownies into cubes, add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce and serve.
