½ kilo Sugar
¼ kilo shortening, Emulsified
4 pcs eggs
¾ cup Mangoes (mashed)
4 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ cup chopped nuts
Note: Deposit in paper-lined loaf and bake at 360 F until done.
Procedure:
Sift dry ingredients together and place in the mixing bowl. Add mashed mangoes gradually,
scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl until properly blended. Add egg in portion and mix until smooth. Fold in chopped nuts.
