INGREDIENTS:
1 cup patent flour
1 pack instant chocolate cake mixture
3 eggs 1/2 cup Dalal corn oil
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar syrup
1/4 cup water
1/2 can blackberry (pie filling)
For garnish:
1 can sweetened condensed milk (297g)
PREPARATION:
To make toffee, boil the closed sweet-ened condensed milk can in water for 3 hours, stand cool before opening.
Combine flour with chocolate cake mix, egg, oil and water, blend by elec-tric blender for 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into a greased 22 cm diameter baking mould, bake into hot oven (160°C) till done, stand to cool.
Combine sugar syrup with 1/4 cup water.
Cut cake into 2 layers, pour sugar syrup
