2 Flour Mills Digestive biscuit (100g)
1 pack butter (113g), melted
1 cup pistachio, ground
2 cans thick cream (geemar 170g)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (297g)
1 pack liquid cream (250 ml.)
4 drops green food colour
Sauce for coating:
1 pack cream cheese (200g) (at room temp.)
2 tbs. sugar powder
Crush biscuit, add butter, mix well, spread onto removable round base (22 cm. diameter).
Mix remaining ingredients into electric processor until homogeneous batter, .4, pour over biscuit. Bake into hot oven at 150°C for 45 minutes, stand to cool.
Combine coating sauce ingredients together with a fork until homogeneous batter, coat the upper surface of cake, stand into refrigerator until served.
