INGREDIENTS:
3 cups patent flour
3 eggs
1 cup Dalai sunflower oil
1 cup supply sugar
1 tbs baking powder
3 tsp. cardamom powder

For cooking:
1 cup toasted sesame
1 cup pistachio, coarse


PREPARATION:
 Mix egg with oil, sugar and cardamom by using electric blender for 5 minutes.
Add flour and baking powder to previ-ous mixture and knead by hand.
Cut dough into small balls, immerse in sesame or pistachio, shape into small fingers, arrange in greased tray, bake into hot oven under 180°C for 1/2 hour or until golden, stand to cool, serve with milk.
