INGREDIENTS:
Cottage cheese (200g)
Filo pastry (10x10 cm.)
1/2 cup Dalal sunflower oil
1/2 pack butter (1130, melted Sugar powder (prepared lion' supply sugar)

PREPARATION:
Cut cheese into 1/2 cm. thickness
Arrange 10 pieces filo pastry, put 1 cheese slice, fold like an envelope, repeat for the remaining filo pastry.
Arrange the filled pastry in oven tray, pour oil and butter mixture on ead piece, bake into hot oven at (180°C, until golden, stand to cool.
 Before serving dust with sugar powdei and serve with tea.
