INGREDIENTS:

2 packs Digestive biscuit (100g)
1 pack butter (113g), melted Fresh dates (seedless)
8 pieces cream cheese (18g) (at room temp.)
3 eggs
1/2 cup supply sugar
3/4 cup coarse walnuts, toasted
1 tbs. cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla

PREPARATION:

Arrange fresh dates over biscuit to cover all, spread the walnuts.
Mix cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla into electric blender until homoge-neous batter, pour over dates, dust the surface with cinnamon powder. Bake into hot oven at (180°C) for 10   minutes, stand to cool and serve.
Crush biscuit, add butter, combine well, spread into round removable base (22 cm. diameter).
